Job summary

You will perform qualitative analysis of raw materials and finished products, operate precision lab equipment, oversee audits, train staff, and help plan daily production needs while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
• Experience with SQF or other accredited food safety schemes.
• Ability to work overtime or alternate work schedules as required.
• Computer literacy with Windows, Microsoft products, and Google.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the Food Safety Quality Management System (FSQMS) to meet requirements.
• Assist in developing local compliance policies and supporting third-party certification.
• Perform qualitative analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Operate and maintain precision lab equipment on shift.
• Monitor and respond to quality issues on the production line.
• Support production planning and day-to-day processing needs while ensuring compliance.
• Facilitate HACCP and Food Safety efforts for bottling/processing teams.
