Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience with audit/compliance processes is preferred.
• Experience with product changeovers and sanitation is a plus.
• Experience operating testing instrumentation (Carbo Qc, HPLC, densitometers, water testing).
• Familiarity with SOPs and calibration procedures is desirable.
• Knowledge of food safety fundamentals is beneficial.
• Experience with sensory testing and basic chemistry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line to ensure efficiency.
• Move materials and finished goods to maintain proper flow.
• Conduct tests to ensure package and product quality.
• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment safely.
• Clean equipment and work area during/after shifts.
• Maintain clean work area through housekeeping practices.
• Report/process quality concerns to management.
• Collaborate with production/maintenance as needed.
• Record daily test results.
• Maintain consistent attendance.
