Job summary

Manna Beverages & Ventures in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to audit beverage production, ensure regulatory compliance, and preserve product integrity. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field preferred.
• 1-year relevant experience in production/manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP and quality systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with lab safety and hazardous materials handling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits and ensure products meet customer and regulatory standards.
• Operate QA equipment and verify measurements (e.g., pH, temperature, Brix) during production.
• Record results promptly and communicate deviations to supervision.
• Support quality system audits and training of QA technicians.
• Keep work area clean and maintain safety procedures.
