Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for the 2nd shift in Fort Worth, TX. The role performs qualitative and quantitative testing of beverages, syrups, and raw materials throughout production.

Responsibilities include auditing equipment, conducting quality audits, testing CO2 and raw materials, and maintaining strict housekeeping to prevent contamination. Starting pay is $23.14–$28.98 per hour with bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in physical science and/or food industry experience preferred.
• 1–3 years general work experience required.
• Previous food production operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative testing of beverages, syrups, and raw materials throughout the production process.
• Analyze syrup beverage and/or water attributes.
• Audit container rinsers, air blowers, filters, and coders to ensure proper operations.
• Conduct package quality inspection and quality audits and isolate product that does not meet standards.
• Receive and test CO2 and all raw materials prior to production process.
• Maintain housekeeping standards to prevent microbial contamination.
