Qualifications

• Serv-Safe certification (or ability to obtain) is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ownership of the restaurant and event beverage menus.
• Manage beverage inventory and purchasing for both restaurant and event operations.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels for the bar team while adhering to labor budget guidelines.
• Promote the beverage program as a key differentiator for an exceptional dining experience.
• Ensure compliance with all beverage regulations and safety standards.
