Job summary

The Coca‑Cola Company in Columbus is seeking a Production Technician to operate filler, packaging, and palletizing equipment on the production floor. You will load materials, monitor fill quality, and move finished product to storage while logging production data and ensuring safe, compliant operations.

The role requires 0–1 year of general work experience, a High School Diploma or GED (preferred), and the ability to operate pallet jacks and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–1 year of General Work Experience.
• Prior Warehouse experience useful.
• Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate Filler/Packaging/Box-forming/Palletizing Equipment.
• Load packages, containers onto machines.
• Supply line with raw materials needed.
• Check for proper filling, seals, damaged product.
• Move filled containers/packages to storage.
• Records statistical data and number of containers filled.
• Rework product if damaged containers or waste syrup.
• Wash equipment between flavors and sanitize equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and clear jams on machines as needed.
• Handle materials and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift operations/inspections.
• Full compliance with QMS, EMS, SMS and FSMS.
