Job summary

Sazerac is seeking a Processing Technician in New Albany, Indiana, to support blending, batching, filtering, and inventory activities in our beverage manufacturing environment. The role operates on a 2-2-3 shift (two days on, two off, three on) with hours from 6:45pm to 7:00am, requiring attention to safety, quality, and meticulous recordkeeping.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of relevant experience, with the ability to work outdoors and operate

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience and at least a year of continuous experience in every previous job.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization and multi-task.
• Ability to operate industrial equipment as required.

Responsibilities

• Blend, batch, filter, and transfer to meet bottling schedule according to approved formulas.
• Document blending volumes and submit to laboratory for approval.
• Maintain safety, quality control, and cleanliness of the work area.
