Job summary

Danone North America is seeking a Processing Associate for its Dallas beverage processing team. You will help mix products to specifications, ensure material availability, and monitor blending equipment to maintain quality and consistency.

The role includes lifting up to 55 lbs, operating CIP/SIP systems, and using a forklift to move ingredients. Prior experience with HTST/UHT and sanitation testing is preferred as part of a safe, efficient production line.

Qualifications

• Experience operating blender/batch and related mix room equipment.
• Ability to lift 55 lbs repetitively during a 12-hour shift.
• Familiarity with CIP/SIP sanitation and process monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Blender Batcher Operators of previous shifts regarding current activities.
• Procures daily ingredient usage from warehouse at start of shift using standup forklift.
• Operates mix room equipment and monitors product levels via computer.
• Monitor and manage product levels to avoid overflow.
• Handle PH, Caustic and Acid tests for tank cleaning and document results.
