Job summary
Elevant Recruiting is seeking a hands-on Maintenance / PLC Technician in City of Industry, California to support a leading beverage manufacturing company. The role focuses on troubleshooting and maintaining bottling and packaging equipment with a strong emphasis on electrical and PLC systems.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, experience with PLCs, and the ability to read electrical schematics.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in food or beverage manufacturing is preferred.
- Proven hands-on PLC troubleshooting and basic programming.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with motors, relays, and sensors.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain bottling and packaging equipment.
- Diagnose and correct faults in PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
- Perform preventive maintenance and log activities.
- Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
