Job summary

Ashton North LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team at a confidential beverage facility in the Baltimore area. You will oversee daily maintenance activities, coordinate breakdown responses, and drive preventive maintenance programs to keep production running safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, including PLCs and automated equipment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent.
• Strong electrical/mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with PLCs and automated production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance technicians, set daily priorities, and ensure safe, effective work.
• Coordinate breakdown response while maintaining preventive maintenance schedules.
• Review production needs to organize maintenance coverage.
• Troubleshoot recurring equipment issues and lead corrective actions to reduce downtime.
• Coach technicians in electrical/mechanical troubleshooting and safe work practices.
• Use work orders and performance data to track progress and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to support food safety and dependable plant operations.
• Coordinate outside service providers and smaller improvement projects.
