Job summary

Cache Creek Casino Resort is seeking a Beverage Department Supervisor to monitor and manage all beverage areas daily, ensuring compliance with safety policies and guest satisfaction.

You will supervise bartenders, servers, and support staff; prepare staff schedules; enforce recipe standards; coordinate with casino, restaurant, and security teams; and uphold alcohol awareness policies while maintaining inventories and POS operations.

Qualifications

• Six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and to communicate effectively.
• Ability to calculate figures and apply basic algebra and geometry.
• Ability to apply common sense and work with multiple variables in standardized situations.

Responsibilities

• Promote Cache Creek Casino Resort in a positive manner.
• Maintain beverage distribution systems, inventory, cleanliness, accuracy of pours and replacement of product daily.
• Maintain soda distribution systems, inventory, cleanliness, accuracy of pours and replacement of product daily.
• Inspect bars for cleanliness.
• Manage cocktail and beverage servers, high roller butlers, bartenders and bar backs.
• Prepare staff schedules.
• Inspect bartender preparation and enforce recipe standards.
• Setup all banquet bars.
• Hold daily pre-shift meetings and communicate important information.
• Conduct weekly staff training on Sequence of Service Standards.
• Inspect service staff uniforms for accepted standards.
• Interface with related departments; enforce alcohol awareness policy.
• Maintain inventory and conduct spot inventories to ensure pars.
• Attend required meetings and manage POS system for daily operations.
