Job summary

Muckleshoot Casino Resort in Auburn, WA seeks a beverage/bar supervisor to lead staff, manage scheduling, and ensure compliant liquor handling and POS operations. You will maintain guest service excellence and support daily bar operations.

Requirements include at least 1 year of supervisory experience, Liquor license, health card, and some beverage serving experience. This is an on-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a Class 12 Liquor license.
• Must maintain a valid Washington State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit.
• At least 1 year of hospitality or business courses and liquor board awareness classes are required.
• 1 year of supervisory/management experience required.
• Some beverage serving experience and bartending experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Exemplifies MCR's values and set a great example by always demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism.
• Assist in hiring staff, training, scheduling, and assigning duties.
• Supervise the requisition of all liquor from the warehouse to all bars, as directed.
• Ensure all orders are delivered within designated timelines.
• Resolve guest issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor all cash register and cash handling functions to ensure POS compliance.
• Inform staff of daily specials and special events, programs, or new policies.
