Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations.
• Ability to supervise a beverage team and maintain service standards.
• Knowledge of state and local alcohol laws and responsible service.
• Excellent communication and guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all beverage department operations.
• Conduct monthly inventory and ensure proper accounting of beverages.
