Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Adhere to the Seminole Tribe's Policies and Procedures.
2. Maintain the bar area, supplies, and equipment.
3. Ensure availability of glassware, napkins, straws, ice, and garnishes.
4. Complete bar setup duties promptly.
5. Follow directions from bartender or beverage management.
6. Follow sanitation practices to keep the bar clean and odor-free.
7. Adhere to food and beverage department regulations.
8. Promote positive relations with guests and staff.
9. Maintain a safe, hazard-free work environment.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or GED required. T.I.P.S. and Sanitation certifications preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Exposure to casino-related factors like smoke and noise.
• Frequent standing, walking, handling, reaching, talking, hearing, and tasting or smelling.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work in a hectic, noisy, crowded environment.
• Effective communication in English required.

CLOSING:
