Job summary

ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor for Erie, PA and surrounding areas to lead a team and ensure efficient product merchandising while meeting distribution goals.

You will onboard new teammates, address customer issues, and uphold safety policies while managing labor and operational expenditures. The role covers Erie, PA and nearby towns, with an emphasis on teamwork and reliable execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years’ experience in consumer products required.
• Experience managing people/budgets for 1+ years.
• Prior beverage industry experience preferred.
• Computer and database application skills.
• Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Staff, train, evaluate, and develop team members.
• Supervise daily sales and merchandising activities.
• Schedule team members to meet the demands of the business.
• Visit accounts to monitor adherence to merchandising standards.
• Manage within labor and OPEX budget.
• Follow established company Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality procedures and policies.
• Actively participate in Hazard Mitigation.
• Complete assigned Health & Safety trainings.
