Job summary

ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages, LLC is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor for Erie, PA and surrounding areas to lead a team responsible for the efficient merchandising of company products while meeting distribution objectives.

You will onboard new teammates, respond to customer issues, ensure safety and compliance, and foster a positive working environment across the territory including Erie, PA and Bradford, PA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years' experience in consumer products.
• Experience managing people/budgets; 1+ year supervising distribution/delivery staff.
• Prior beverage industry experience preferred.
• Computer and database application skills.
• Valid driver's license with MVR guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Staff, train, evaluate, and develop team members.
• Supervise daily sales and merchandising activities.
• Schedule team members to meet business demands.
• Visit accounts to monitor merchandising standards.
• Manage within labor and OPEX budget.
• Follow Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality procedures.
