Job summary

Admiral Beverage is seeking a Merchandiser to ensure beverage products are displayed attractively in Clovis, NM and other markets. You will serve store owners and customers, resolve issues, and organize shelves in line with management plans.

You must be able to lift up to 70 pounds, possess a valid driver's license, and work with minimal supervision. The role requires reliability and weekend/holiday availability, with driving as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Driving record must meet Admiral Beverage vehicle policy requirements.
• Reliable form of transportation.
• Must be able to operate a mobile smartphone device.
• Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds as needed.
• Capable of meeting the physical requirements of this job, including standing, lifting, bending, carrying, and driving a car for extended periods.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and regular drug screens.

Responsibilities

• Displays and arranges beverage products on shelves, displays, and other areas to draw attention to potential customers.
• Provides excellent customer service to store owners and customers.
• Effectively resolves complaints or grievances.
• Communicates effectively with store personnel on service or product needs.
• Transports product to floor displays and ensures sell-by dates are respected.
• Receives orders for accounts to prevent out-of-stock situations.
