Job summary

Tryon Distributing, LLC in Kernersville, NC is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to manage in-store presentation, stock, rotation, and availability of our beverage portfolio across assigned accounts. You will ensure displays meet standards and provide excellent customer service.

The role requires flexibility, a valid driver's license, the ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally, and a team-oriented approach in a warehouse and retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Must be a team player and able to work well with minimum supervision.
• Knowledge of safe work practices.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment in all types of weather.
• Ability to drive assigned route in various weather and road conditions.
• Ability to perform effectively under time-sensitive conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service for all assigned accounts
• Stock, merchandise, and rotate products on displays, cold boxes, and shelves to industry standards
• Transport inventory from storage areas to the sales floor displays
• Ensure backstock is neat for the customer and workable by other merchandisers or salespeople
• Report daily activities within assigned territory
