Job summary

Martignetti Companies in Connecticut is seeking a Merchandiser to support sales and marketing by ensuring product visibility in assigned accounts.

You will build relationships, secure prime shelf and display positions, assist with promotions, install window signs and shelf talkers, and collaborate with the Sales team to maximize in-store impact. A company vehicle is provided for business use.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• College degree or equivalent work experience/training/education preferred.
• Candidate must possess valid Connecticut driver's license and registration.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with accounts on your route.
• Gain prime positioning of products in retail establishments.
• Assist with promotional initiatives to enhance store presentation and drive sales.
• Install window signs and manage shelf talkers.
• Participate in store sets and resets; meet delivery trucks to assist unloading.
• Collaborate with Sales team to secure key floor and shelf locations.
