PepsiCo, Inc. in Lihue, HI is seeking a Merchandise Associate to stock, rotate, and display PepsiCo products in local stores. You will work a variable schedule with 2 days off per week, starting at 7:00 AM HST and ending when the day’s work is complete.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.
• Position requires you to drive to various locations in different geographic areas.
• Position may require you to work holidays.
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing 20–45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10–12 hour shift (with or without accommodation).
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting (with or without accommodation).

Responsabilidades

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness and in-stock conditions.
• Move product from backroom to sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials to support initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
