Job summary

Morales Beverage Group seeks a Merchandiser for Austin and nearby territories to maintain shelf visibility, build displays, manage inventory, and support sales initiatives across retail accounts. The role emphasizes compliance with alcohol laws and partnership with sales teams.

The position requires travel to multiple store locations, a valid Texas driver’s license, reliability, and strong organizational and communication skills to drive performance and ensure product prominence.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older.
• Background and drug screening required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Retail, sales, or merchandising experience preferred (1-2 years).
• Wine/spirits industry experience a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Stock and maintain shelves and displays per standards and retailer agreements.
• Set up and maintain promotional displays with signage and pricing.
• Rotate inventory to ensure freshness and compliance with expiration dates.
• Collaborate with sales reps and retail staff to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or restocking needs.
• Educate staff about featured products and promotions to drive sales.
• Ensure compliance with local and federal alcohol laws and company policies.
