Job summary

Capital Distributing is hiring a full-time merchandiser to stock and rotate beverage products at stores on the assigned routes. The role starts early and requires travel to local grocery stores and beverage outlets.

You will use company systems to document routing and account activity, and you will manage backstock and displays to ensure correct sizing and product freshness. Overtime opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old or meet state age entry requirements.
• Must have reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 170 lbs when handling keg products or pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport products between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos of displays and backstock to document execution.
• Maintain backstock areas and consolidate products to support inventory and freshness.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
