Job summary

Capital Distributing in the United States is seeking a full-time merchandising role starting at 5:00 am (6:00 am latest) with weekend availability to stock, rotate, and display products at local grocery and beverage outlets on assigned routes. Mileage is reimbursed, and overtime is possible.

The position requires a reliable vehicle, a valid license and driving record, and the ability to lift 25–50 lb regularly (up to 170 lb for keg handling) with a starting pay of $19.00 per hour plus overtime.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Reliable, personal automobile transportation with a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record; auto insurance coverage meeting company/state requirements.
• Able to lift, push & pull 25–50 pounds regularly and up to 170 pounds for keg products or pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, maintain, display, and rotate products across assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jacks or hand trucks.
• Use company systems for routing, accountability, and documenting execution (photos of displays/backstock).
• Maintain backstock areas and support inventory freshness.
• Other duties as assigned.
