Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in La Junta, CO is seeking a merchandise associate to stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain in-store displays. You will drive to multiple local store locations, set up promotional materials, and coordinate with store teams to meet daily order needs.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, transportation, and the ability to lift 20–45 lb cases. Start times around 5am with a 1pm finish, and a variable schedule with possible holiday work.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.
• Position requires you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas.
• Position may require you to work holidays.
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period.
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials to support national and local initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
