Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Alamosa, CO is hiring a full-time merchandiser to stock and display PepsiCo brands in local stores, ensuring shelves are full and displays are compelling.

You’ll start at 4am and work until 2pm with a variable schedule and two days off per week, traveling to multiple store locations. Training is provided and you’ll collaborate with store teams to meet daily objectives.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance
• Personal transportation to access multiple store locations within shift
• Will drive to locations in different geographic areas
• May require working holidays
• Lift, load, push and pull cases weighing 20–45 pounds repeatedly over a 10–12 hour shift
• Bend, reach and squat as needed

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan
• Rotate products and check dates to maintain freshness and in‑stock conditions
• Move product from backroom to sales floor and keep backroom organized
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials to support initiatives
• Partner with store teams, communicate needs, and support orders and daily records (training provided)
