Job summary

Brown Distributing Company is seeking a motivated Merchandiser to support our merchandising team across Virginia. This role requires early start times and five consecutive work days per week, with schedules like Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday.

Compensation starts at $20.00/hour with potential for a monthly bonus, plus vehicle and cell phone allowances. Benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance and a 401K match.

Qualifications

• Own transportation to drive between stores.
• Virginia Real ID driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and communicate effectively.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs or more repetitively.
• Flexible schedule: start time no later than 6 am.

Responsibilities

• Replenish inventory at coolers, end caps, displays and other areas.
• Maintain product freshness and rotate stock as directed.
• Set up, arrange and maintain product displays to standard visuals.
• Assist sales reps with POS and display-building tasks.
• Document back stock movement and report customer feedback.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required footwear.
• Interact professionally with customers and retailers to build relationships.
