Job summary

Hensley Beverage Company is seeking a Merchandiser in Phoenix to work with the sales team, stock shelves, manage displays, and ensure product availability at retail locations.

The role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds. Weekend and holiday work are required. Compensation starts at $18.25 per hour plus vehicle and phone allowances, plus medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Auto insurance coverage (minimum $25,000/$50,000) and provide declaration page prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and service accounts with Operations Leadership and Sales team.
• Stock and rotate products on shelves and displays, building weekly ad displays.
• Maintain clean, organized shelves and ensure product availability across accounts.
• Support displays with Point of Sale materials to boost sales opportunities.
• Communicate out-of-stock items to the Sales representative assigned to each account.
• Maintain daily reports and report to the on-duty supervisor.
