The position involves crafting cocktails and coffee drinks, ensuring accurate measurements, and managing bar stock and closing procedures. Flexibility and teamwork are essential in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Very basic food handling, preparation, and cleaning skills are welcomed.
• Time management and ability to work under pressure to manage high volume of production.
• Ability to communicate and understand direction in English to ensure safety in the workplace.

• Ability to lift up to 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Great bar guests and make guests waiting for tables feel welcomed and acknowledged.
• Make cocktails and coffee drinks, and serve the bar guests as ordered by servers.
• Ensure proper measurements of cocktail ingredients and signature cocktails.
• Maintain bar and front lounge cleanliness and organization per Health Department standards.
• Keep bar stocked with liquor, beer, wine, juices, and waters; restock as needed.
• Enter all drinks on checks accurately and manage tabs.
• Close out cash drawers and secure end-of-shift cash handling.
