Job summary

NuCO2 is the largest national provider of beverage grade liquid CO2 to the food service and hospitality industry. The Installation Technician will manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and equipment testing for CO2 hi-pressure cylinders and related products to customers on an established route.

The role includes lifting up to 55 pounds, driving a service vehicle, and performing on-site installations with on-the-job training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a technician or similar role.
• CDL preferred; minimum valid US driver's license for at least 24 months.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds and frequently maneuver 56-175 pounds.
• Must be able to pull and retract a fill hose (up to 100 feet).
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Will pass pre-employment background, physical and drug screen.
• Must have a clean driving record (no accidents or moving violations last 24 months).
• High School or better.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, repair, maintenance, and equipment testing for beverage gas systems.
• Maintain assigned service vehicle, tool inventory, parts inventory, and general upkeep of vehicle.
• Use handheld device for routing information, customer delivery information, and communication with the depot.
• Responsible for the safe and accurate loading, transporting, and unloading of equipment.
• Mostly local runs and on-site support at customer locations.
