Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years manufacturing/packaging experience required.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow English instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operates and observes production line equipment to ensure food safety and quality.
• Proficient in Sterilize-in-Place (SIP) and Clean-in-Place (CIP) functions.
• Perform startup, troubleshooting, and shutdown of line equipment; clear jams and report issues.
• Perform line changeovers and ensure proper packaging setup for next item.
• Maintain accurate work logs and inventory records.
• Ensure clean, orderly work environment and participate in shift exchanges.
