Job summary

Gehl Food & Beverage is seeking a Filler Operator for the 1st shift AWS in Germantown, WI. The role focuses on safe, efficient operation of the beverage filler, SIP/CIP, and packaging equipment on a 2-2-3 schedule (6 AM–6 PM). Pay is $23/hr with full benefits and growth opportunities.

You will perform startup, troubleshooting, changeovers, maintain logs, and collaborate with teams to meet quality and production targets.

Qualifications

• 2 years of manufacturing, packaging or assembly line production experience in food/FFS industries.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Proficiency with PC applications (Outlook/Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Operate and observe production line equipment to ensure food safety and quality.
• Perform Sterilize-in-Place (SIP) and Clean-in-Place (CIP) for assigned filler.
• Handle minor repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Start up, troubleshoot, adjust, and shut down line equipment; clear jams and report issues.
• Perform line changeovers and set up packaging/coding for next item.
• Maintain accurate logs and inventory records; monitor production levels.
• Keep work area clean and safe; participate in shift exchanges and meetings.
