Job summary

The role involves driving a company vehicle, using Encompass to place orders, maintaining inventory, and executing promotions with retail partners to grow the portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior sales experience preferred in beverage distribution.
• Experience with route sales and merchandising is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Solicit products in a defined route area while operating a company vehicle.
• Count and order product in each account using Encompass software.
• Manage, rotate and maintain inventory to prevent out-of-stock situations.
• Develop promotions and establish in-store displays to drive growth.
• Build strong relationships with retail partners and accounts.
• Ensure POS materials and displays are properly set in outlets.
