Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in Greenville is seeking a Technician Tech Services to diagnose and repair fountains, venders, coolers, and other beverage dispensing equipment at customer sites, properly manage tools and parts, and maintain records and reports to company standards.

You will deliver excellent customer service, communicate with CCC, CCNA and ERS internal and external customers, and have the ability to sell revenue-generating service through CCC ERS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Up to 12 months of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair fountains, venders, coolers, and other beverage dispensing equipment to the customers’ satisfaction, properly manage tools and parts, and maintain records and reports, safely and efficiently per Company standards
• Operate handheld devices to maintain accurate delivery, removal, movement records, and parts inventory accountability
• Drive safely following all motor vehicle laws without distraction; complete required safety training and DOT inspections as required
• Maintain proper use, possession, and accountability for all parts, tools, supplies, and keys
• Complete all required training and maintain updates related to equipment
