Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Technician Tech Services in the Roanoke/Salem area to diagnose and repair beverage dispensing equipment, manage tools and parts, and maintain accurate records. You will interact with CCC, CCNA, and ERS teams while delivering high-quality customer service.

The role requires physical ability to lift 50 pounds, experience in electrical or refrigeration, and the use of varied hand and refrigeration tools, with training provided for certifications and safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Up to 12 months of work experience preferred.
• EPA Level 1 Refrigeration certification preferred or the ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair fountains, venders, coolers, and other beverage dispensing equipment to customer satisfaction; manage tools and parts, and maintain records and reports per Company standards.
• Operate handheld devices to maintain delivery and inventory records and parts accountability.
• Support safety training and DOT inspections as required; follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain proper use and accountability for all parts, tools, supplies, and keys.
• Complete all required training and keep equipment documentation updated.
