Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. seeks a field service technician to support hot beverage equipment across Illinois stores.

You will receive and complete work orders via email, follow safety guidelines, participate in training, promote a positive work environment, and communicate professionally with customers while delivering high-quality service. You will use a multimeter and basic diagnostic tools to diagnose issues, train store staff as needed, maintain your service vehicle and inventory to company

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-5 years experience with hot beverage dispensing equipment preferred but not required.
• Must possess basic computer/smartphone skills and own a smartphone.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable as a driver.

Responsibilities

• Help team accomplish daily production, quality and safety requirements.
• Receive and complete work orders via email and communicate with customers.
• Use a multimeter and basic diagnostic tools to diagnose issues on hot beverage equipment.
• Maintain service vehicle and inventory to company standards and complete paperwork.
