Job Overview

The Technician Tech Services will diagnose and repair fountains, vendors, coolers, and other beverage dispensing equipment to the customers' satisfaction. They will manage tools and parts, maintain records and reports, and provide excellent customer service and communication to internal and external customers, including selling revenue-generating services through Coca-Cola Consolidated Equipment Reutilization Solutions (CCC ERS).

Schedule

Monday - Friday (9:30am-6pm), with overtime and weekends as needed based on business requirements.

Service Locations

Beaufort (SC), Hilton Head (SC), Bluffton (SC), Ridgeland (SC), and surrounding areas.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair beverage equipment to customer satisfaction, manage tools and parts, and maintain records according to company standards.
  • Operate handheld devices for accurate delivery, removal, movement records, and parts inventory.
  • Drive safely, adhere to all motor vehicle laws, complete all safety training, and conduct vehicle inspections as required by DOT.
  • Maintain proper use and accountability for parts, tools, supplies, and keys.
  • Complete required training and maintain documentation related to equipment.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Ability to drive and ride for long periods.
  • Proficiency with refrigeration tools, electrical and cordless tools, general hand tools, and electronic devices.
  • Ability to work inside and outside in uncontrolled temperatures.
  • Experience in electrical and/or refrigeration fields is required.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Up to 12 months of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • EPA Level 1 Refrigeration certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
  • Ability to obtain forklift and pallet jack certification.
  • Ability to pass company certification programs for equipment repair and safety (e.g., BEST, FAST, Advanced Refrigeration).
Work Environment

Work varies and may include exposure to weather, coolers, and customer storage areas that may be non-temperature controlled.
