BERCO Beverage Equipment Repair Company is seeking a Field Service Technician in Miami, FL. You will diagnose, repair, and service beverage and commercial food equipment with a focus on reliability and customer service.

The role includes on-call rotation, a take-home vehicle and fuel card, and a comprehensive benefits package. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined with a valid driver's license, good communication skills, and the ability to document work using an iPad or smartphone.

What We Need from You:

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. and frequently move heavy objects.
• Comfort working in extreme temperatures and tight spaces, including attics, basements, and crawl spaces.
• Strong balance and coordination for climbing ladders and working at heights of 45 feet or higher.
• Endurance to stand or kneel for extended periods.
• Dexterity for tasks such as connecting electrical components and making precise measurements.

Compensation:

BERCO determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $20-22hourly. Pay is based on several factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
