BERCO Beverage Equipment Repair Company in Tampa, FL is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and service beverage and commercial food equipment. This role offers a take-home vehicle, fuel card, and a flexible schedule with dispatch from home.

You will maintain tools, participate in training, handle on-call rotations, and contribute to high-quality service. EPA preferred but not required; valid license; strong communication; basic documentation on iPad/phone.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. and frequently move heavy objects.
• Comfort working in extreme temperatures and tight spaces, including attics, basements, and crawl spaces.
• Strong balance and coordination for climbing ladders and working at heights of 45 feet or higher.
• Endurance to stand or kneel for extended periods.
• Dexterity for tasks such as connecting electrical components and making precise measurements.

BERCO determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $20-22hourly. Pay is based on several factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
