Job summary

Red Diamond Coffee & Tea is seeking an Equipment Refurbishment Tech to assess, disassemble, repair, reassemble and label beverage equipment to restore it to its original condition or better. You will diagnose issues, source replacement parts, and ensure refurbished equipment meets quality standards.

The role requires strong mechanical, electrical and electronic aptitude, meticulous attention to detail and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 3 years of beverage equipment service/refurbishment experience.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and electronic aptitude.
• Ability to inspect, diagnose and perform refurbishment safely.
• Good documentation and reporting of repairs.
• Commitment to safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment to assess refurbishment needs.
• Disassemble, repair and reassemble equipment.
• Test refurbished equipment for proper operation.
• Maintain records of parts used and testing results.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Backup Service Department Manager and handle calls as needed.
