Job summary

BERCO is hiring a Field Service Technician in Cape Coral, FL, with duties including diagnosing and repairing beverage and commercial food equipment, and providing excellent customer service. The role supports a take-home vehicle, fuel card, and on-call rotation, with a path for growth and benefits.

Compensation is hourly, with possibilities for overtime, and BERCO covers health, vision, dental, and life insurance, plus a 401K with company match.

Qualifications

• Ability to diagnose, repair and service beverage and commercial food equipment.
• Willing to be available for on-call rotation.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in tight spaces and extreme temperatures.
• Basic computer/documentation skills via iPad or phone.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and service a wide variety of beverage and commercial food equipment.
• Deliver professionalism, communication, and integrity to customers.
• Be available for on call rotation.
• Maintain vehicle stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment.
• Participate in training opportunities to enhance skills.
