Job summary

BERCO Beverage Equipment Repair Company is seeking a Field Service Technician in Cape Coral, FL. If you are mechanically inclined and customer-focused, you’ll diagnose, repair, and service beverage and commercial food equipment, while representing BERCO with professionalism and integrity.

You’ll be dispatched from home, with a take-home vehicle and fuel card, and benefit from paid time off, comprehensive benefits, and a 401K with company match.

Qualifications

• EPA preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• General knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures.
• Coachable and eager to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills for documentation via iPad/cell phone.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and service a wide variety of beverage and commercial food equipment.
• Deliver professionalism, communication, and integrity to customers.
• Be available for on call rotation.
• Maintain vehicle stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment.
• Participate in training opportunities to enhance skills.
