Job Description:
We are currently seeking a passionate and creative Beverage Director to oversee the wine, beer, and liquor program. This includes, but is not limited to ordering supplies, developing and operating within a budget, and managing inventory.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the bar's operation and manage the staff.
  • Provide leadership to the staff to maintain standards of quality, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Cultivate relationships with beverage vendors.
  • Coach, develop, and lead the staff by providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and teamwork.
  • Ensure the staff is complying with all health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor inventory and oversee ordering and cost control.
  • Participate in the development of specialty cocktails and special menu items.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Beverage Director or in a leadership role within an upscale restaurant.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of bar inventory management with in-depth expertise of wine, beer, and cocktails.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
