Davidson Hotels invites applications for a Director of Bars & Beverage at Asher Adams in Salt Lake City to lead the beverage program, mentor the team, and elevate guest experiences.

You will drive revenue, develop wine and beverage strategies, build strong vendor relationships, and collaborate with marketing on campaigns, events, and positioning. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in F&B management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 2+ years in food & beverage management.
• Proven ability to lead and direct a team, with strong time management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to interpret financial data, create operational plans, and understand beverage costs impact on financial statements.
• Working knowledge of wine, liquor, inventory methods, purchasing, and financial statements.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Acumen: Ability to interpret financial data, create operational plans, and understand the impact of beverage costs on financial statements.
• Knowledge Base: Working knowledge of wine, liquor, inventory methods, purchasing, and financial statements.
• Communication: Fluent in English, with effective communication skills for engaging with the public and team members.
• Legal Requirements: Possession of Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable, and meeting the minimum age requirement of the jurisdiction.
