Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Bar Back to maintain cleanliness in bar areas, sort and return glassware, replace kegs, and deliver bar stock. The role supports bartenders and ensures smooth bar operations in a casino setting.

The ideal candidate is 21+ with good customer service and the ability to stand, lift, and move bar stock throughout shifts. Training and compliance with licenses or certifications may be required.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age or older.
• Prior experience in a similar position preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and bend during shift.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
