Job summary

Aramark seeks an Alcohol Compliance Supervisor to oversee service operations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations across venues in Tallahassee. This role supervises staff, conducts compliance checks, and supports training and risk management.

You will monitor identification checks, conduct audits, document incidents, and collaborate with security and event teams to maintain a safe guest environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous law enforcement or military experience preferred.
• Experience in alcohol compliance, concessions, hospitality, or security required.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of alcohol laws and responsible beverage service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise alcohol service operations to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor venues and staff for responsible beverage service practices.
• Verify age checks and proper ID procedures.
• Conduct audits and inspections of alcohol service areas.
• Train staff on responsible beverage service and company policies.
• Document incidents and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with management, security, and event teams for guest safety.
• Support alcohol risk management programs and updates to policy.
