Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma is seeking a Part-Time Beverage Cocktail Server to provide courteous drink service in the outlet/bar. You will follow all procedures for alcohol dispensing and report to the Beverage Shift Manager.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, inputting orders into the POS, replenishing drinks, delivering beverages, and maintaining area cleanliness while ensuring age verification for alcohol purchases.

Qualificações

• ABLE Certification required.
• Read, write and understand simple instructions.
• 1-3 months of education/experience.
• Requires basic math skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and explain promotions.
• Take orders for call and premium brands and memorize selections.
• Input orders into POS to notify bartender.
• Replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction.
• Deliver beverages and process payment.
• Maintain clean setup of service station before/during/after shift.
• Keep guest areas clean and remove empty glasses/bottles.
• Check IDs to confirm alcohol age compliance.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Beverage Cocktail Server

Part-Time | Starting rate is $5 an hour plus tips | Variable Hours

Job Purpose or Objective(s): Responsible for providing drink service in the outlet/bar while ensuring guests are served and ensuring all procedures regarding alcohol dispensing are followed. You will report to the Beverage Shift Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Can obtain/maintain ABLE Certification
• Read write and understand simple instructions
• 1-3 months of equivalent combination of education and experience
• Requires basic math skills

Primary Tasks:

1. You will greet guests and explain all special promotions.

2. Take orders, reciting selection of all call and premium brands as requested; requires memorization of all available drinks.

3. Input orders into point-of-sale system to inform bartender an order was placed.

4. Replenish beverages as requested, frequently checking back with Guest to inquire about satisfaction.

5. You will deliver beverage to patrons while ensuring payment.

6. Check and maintain proper setup and cleanliness of service station before, during and after shift.

7. Maintain cleanliness of Guest areas including removing empty glasses/bottles and cleaning ashtray.

8. Confirm age compliance by checking the identification of any individual ordering alcoholic beverages.

9. Perform other tasks as may be assigned
