Job summary

Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma Beverage Cocktail Server position offers Part-Time hours with a starting rate of $5 per hour plus tips. The role involves serving drinks in the outlet/bar and following all alcohol dispensing procedures, reporting to the Beverage Shift Manager.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, entering them into the POS, replenishing drinks, delivering beverages, and ensuring station cleanliness. ABLE certification is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Can obtain/maintain ABLE Certification.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and explain promotions.
• Take orders and recite selection of call and premium brands; memorize drinks.
• Input orders into POS to inform bartender.
• Replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction.
• Deliver beverages and manage payment.
• Maintain setup and cleanliness of service station.
• Maintain guest area cleanliness and dispose of empty glasses/bottles.
• Confirm age by checking IDs for alcoholic orders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Part-Time | Starting rate is $5 an hour plus tips | Variable Hours

Job Purpose or Objective(s): Responsible for providing drink service in the outlet/bar while ensuring guests are served and ensuring all procedures regarding alcohol dispensing are followed. You will report to the Beverage Shift Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Can obtain/maintain ABLE Certification
• Read write and understand simple instructions
• 1-3 months of equivalent combination of education and experience
• Requires basic math skills

Primary Tasks:

1. You will greet guests and explain all special promotions.

2. Take orders, reciting selection of all call and premium brands as requested; requires memorization of all available drinks.

3. Input orders into point-of-sale system to inform bartender an order was placed.

4. Replenish beverages as requested, frequently checking back with Guest to inquire about satisfaction.

5. You will deliver beverage to patrons while ensuring payment.

6. Check and maintain proper setup and cleanliness of service station before, during and after shift.

7. Maintain cleanliness of Guest areas including removing empty glasses/bottles and cleaning ashtray.

8. Confirm age compliance by checking the identification of any individual ordering alcoholic beverages.

9. Perform other tasks as may be assigned
