Job summary

The Beverage Cocktail Server role is part-time with a starting rate of $5 per hour plus tips. You will provide drink service in the outlet/bar, ensure guests are served, and follow all alcohol-dispensing procedures. Reports to the Beverage Shift Manager.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, inputting POS orders, replenishing beverages, delivering drinks, and maintaining station and guest areas while verifying age for alcoholic beverages.

Qualifications

• ABLE Certification or ability to obtain/maintain ABLE certification.
• Read, write and understand simple instructions.
• 1-3 months of equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and explain all special promotions.
• Take orders, recite selection of all call and premium brands as requested; memorize all available drinks.
• Input orders into point-of-sale system to inform bartender an order was placed.
• Replenish beverages as requested, checking back with guests about satisfaction.
• Deliver beverages to patrons while ensuring payment.
• Check and maintain proper setup and cleanliness of service station.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest areas including removing empty glasses/bottles and cleaning ashtrays.
• Confirm age compliance by checking IDs for alcohol orders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Purpose or Objective(s): Responsible for providing drink service in the outlet/bar while ensuring guests are served and ensuring all procedures regarding alcohol dispensing are followed. You will report to the Beverage Shift Manager.

7. Maintain cleanliness of Guest areas including removing empty glasses/bottles and cleaning ashtray.

8. Confirm age compliance by checking the identification of any individual ordering alcoholic beverages.
