Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma is seeking a Part-Time Beverage Cocktail Server to provide drink service in the outlet/bar, greet guests, take orders, and ensure accurate alcohol dispensing while following all procedures. You will report to the Beverage Shift Manager.

The starting rate is $5 an hour plus tips, with variable hours. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, entering orders into POS, serving beverages, and verifying age for alcoholic purchases while delivering friendly service.

Formación

• ABLE Certification required to verify alcohol service.
• Read, write and understand simple instructions.
• 1–3 months of equivalent education/experience.
• Requires basic math skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and explain promotions.
• Take orders and recite selection of call and premium brands; memorize drinks.
• Input orders into POS system for bartender notifications.
• Replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction.
• Deliver beverages to patrons and process payments.
• Maintain clean setup of service station before, during, and after shift.
• Keep guest areas clean and remove finished items and ashtrays.
• Confirm age by checking IDs for alcoholic orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Purpose or Objective(s): Responsible for providing drink service in the outlet/bar while ensuring guests are served and ensuring all procedures regarding alcohol dispensing are followed. You will report to the Beverage Shift Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Can obtain/maintain ABLE Certification
• Read write and understand simple instructions
• 1-3 months of equivalent combination of education and experience
• Requires basic math skills

Primary Tasks:

1. You will greet guests and explain all special promotions.

2. Take orders, reciting selection of all call and premium brands as requested; requires memorization of all available drinks.

3. Input orders into point-of-sale system to inform bartender an order was placed.

4. Replenish beverages as requested, frequently checking back with Guest to inquire about satisfaction.

5. You will deliver beverage to patrons while ensuring payment.

6. Check and maintain proper setup and cleanliness of service station before, during and after shift.

7. Maintain cleanliness of Guest areas including removing empty glasses/bottles and cleaning ashtray.

8. Confirm age compliance by checking the identification of any individual ordering alcoholic beverages.

9. Perform other tasks as may be assigned
