The Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma is seeking a part-time Beverage Cocktail Server to provide drink service in the outlet/bar while ensuring guests are served and all alcohol procedures are followed. You will report to the Beverage Shift Manager.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, inputting orders into POS, replenishing beverages, delivering drinks, maintaining station cleanliness, verifying age with IDs, and supporting other tasks as assigned.

Qualifikationen

• Must obtain/maintain ABLE Certification.
• Read, write and understand simple instructions.
• 1-3 months of education/experience.
• Requires basic math skills.

• Replenish beverages as requested and check guest satisfaction.

• Keep guest areas clean and dispose of waste as needed.
• Check identification to confirm age compliance before alcohol service.
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned.

Part-Time | Starting rate is $5 an hour plus tips | Variable Hours

Job Purpose or Objective(s): Responsible for providing drink service in the outlet/bar while ensuring guests are served and ensuring all procedures regarding alcohol dispensing are followed. You will report to the Beverage Shift Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Can obtain/maintain ABLE Certification
• Read write and understand simple instructions
• 1-3 months of equivalent combination of education and experience
• Requires basic math skills

Primary Tasks:

1. You will greet guests and explain all special promotions.

2. Take orders, reciting selection of all call and premium brands as requested; requires memorization of all available drinks.

3. Input orders into point-of-sale system to inform bartender an order was placed.

4. Replenish beverages as requested, frequently checking back with Guest to inquire about satisfaction.

5. You will deliver beverage to patrons while ensuring payment.

6. Check and maintain proper setup and cleanliness of service station before, during and after shift.

7. Maintain cleanliness of Guest areas including removing empty glasses/bottles and cleaning ashtray.

8. Confirm age compliance by checking the identification of any individual ordering alcoholic beverages.

9. Perform other tasks as may be assigned
